This cuisine refers to the Sindhis who originated from Sindh in Pakistan. The daily Sindhi food has wheat flour bread and rice as a prominent aspect of a meal. It also comprises of lots of onions in dry & gravy dishes giving a delicious flavor to all the dishes. On special ocassions, a vegetable with seven variants is cooked which is called Chiti Kuni.

Sindhi cooking has the influence of Mughlai and Indian cuisine. Some most popular Sindhi recipes are Sai Bhaji, Sindhi chicken, Masala koki, Tosha and popular Karachi Halwa.
